Trauma Recovery: Tarot & Distance Reiki

Service Description

This 90-minute session combines intuitive tarot guidance and Distance Reiki to support trauma recovery on both energetic & subconscious levels. We begin with a 40-minute tarot-based coaching experience to uncover what is going on with you on a subconscious level. We will uncover blocks, patterns, inner narratives, or what intuitively comes up that may be influencing your current energy. This gentle but revealing guidance serves as a mirror to your inner world & helps us identify what your healing is ready to address. We then transition into a 50-minute Distance Reiki session to address the intentions you have for trauma recovery. Distance Reiki sessions help restore balance, soothe the nervous system, and energetically release what is no longer serving you. Ideal for: ・Reclaiming a sense of safety in your body ・Reconnecting with your inner voice & intuition ・Releasing limiting beliefs & restoring self-trust ・Taking empowered steps toward healing & self-leadership *A discovery call is required before booking so I can understand what you're seeking support with.
