A Reiki Sound Bath is an invitation to slow dow, reconnect, and simply be.

Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, gathering with close friends, honoring a life transition, or hosting a spiritually centered event, a Reiki Sound Bath creates a meaningful experience that brings people together in a peaceful and intentional way.

More than just a relaxing activity, it’s an opportunity to pause from the busyness of everyday life and receive. In a world where we’re constantly giving to others, this experience offers the gift of rest, renewal, and connection — for both yourself and those you choose to share it with.

Perfect for intimate gatherings, Reiki Sound Baths are a beautiful addition to:

  • Birthday celebrations

  • Bachelorette parties

  • Bridal or baby showers (very popular choice)

  • Wellness retreats

  • New and Full Moon gatherings

  • Spiritual celebrations

  • Corporate wellness events

  • Any special occasion where you want to create a memorable and meaningful experience

What is a Reiki Sound Bath?

Reiki and sound healing are two gentle wellness practices that beautifully complement one another.

Sound healing uses the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments to create an immersive soundscape that encourages relaxation and helps calm the nervous system.

As the sounds gently surround you, they invite you into a state of stillness, making it easier to let go of stress and quiet the constant chatter of the mind.

Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that supports your body’s natural ability to restore balance and promote overall well-being. During the sound bath, Reiki is offered individually to each participant who chooses to receive it, creating a personalized moment of care within the shared group experience.

Together, these practices create a nurturing environment where you can simply rest, receive, and reconnect with yourself.

Benefits of a Reiki Sound Bath

While every person’s experience is unique, many participants leave feeling:

  • Deeply relaxed

  • More grounded and centered

  • Refreshed and renewed

  • More connected to themselves

  • Supported in releasing physical and emotional tension

Whether you've experienced Reiki before or are completely new to energy healing, everyone is welcome. No prior experience, special preparation, or knowledge is needed to participate.

What to Expect During Your Experience

Your private Reiki Sound Bath takes place in the setting of your choice, creating a peaceful and supportive environment where you can fully relax—whether in your home, a rented Airbnb, a quiet park (where permitted), or another location that feels comfortable and restorative.

Once you've arrived and settled into the space, you'll get comfortable on the yoga mats we provide. You can choose to sit or lie down during the session—whatever feels most comfortable and aligned for you. We'll begin with a brief introduction, intention-setting, and a guided meditation to help you relax, connect inward, and become present for the Reiki Sound Bath.

As the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments fill the space, you’ll simply rest and allow the sounds to wash over you. Throughout the session, the Reiki practitioner will gently move around the room, offering Reiki to each participant who chooses to receive it. Individual Reiki time is thoughtfully shared among guests based on the size of the group within the 70-minute session and is evenly divided unless the host requests a different arrangement. For example, some hosts choose to offer additional Reiki time to the guest of honor, such as someone celebrating a birthday or another special occasion.

There is no right or wrong way to experience a Reiki Sound Bath. Each person’s experience is unique—some people notice warmth, tingling, emotional release, vivid imagery, or a profound sense of peace. Others simply enjoy an hour of uninterrupted rest. Some participants even drift into a light sleep—and that’s perfectly okay.

Enhance Your Experience

A Reiki Sound Bath is a beautiful experience on its own, but you also have the option to add additional offerings to make your gathering even more meaningful.

You can choose to add up to two additional activities, where we’ll intuitively select offerings for your group that are designed to support reflection, release, and growth. These personalized additions create an opportunity for deeper connection, shared experiences, and meaningful moments of exploration.

You may also choose to offer your guests individual tarot card readings as an additional experience. Personal tarot readings are available as an hourly add-on, providing guests with an opportunity to receive personal insight and guidance in a private, one-on-one setting.

These optional additions provide a way to customize your gathering and create an experience that feels unique to your group and the intention behind coming together.

A Meaningful Addition to Your Gathering

A Reiki Sound Bath is more than an event — it is a shared experience.

It creates space for meaningful connection, heartfelt conversations, and intentional reset. Whether your gathering is joyful, reflective, or somewhere in between, a Reiki Sound Bath offers an opportunity for everyone to pause, breathe, and be fully present together.

Guests often leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected — not only to themselves, but to one another. Long after the sounds have faded, the feeling of peace and connection often remains.

If you’re looking for a unique way to celebrate, gather, or create a memorable experience for those you care about, a Reiki Sound Bath offers a beautiful opportunity to step away from the ordinary and embrace something truly special. I would be honored to be part of your gathering and help create an experience your guests will carry with them long after the session ends.
